In order to receive a refund, you must return the original program cd and manual to us and allow us remote access to your system so that we can verify that flowerSoft has been completely removed from it.
The refund will be send out to you (less the original shipping costs, credit card fees, any fees involved with the transfering of data into flowerSoft and a 15% restocking fee as soon as soon as flowerSoft Systems, Inc. receives your package and verifies that the software has been permanently removed from your system. You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.

flowerSoft Systems, Inc. is only responsible for item(s) we sell and will not be responsible for items that are not purchased from us.  Fees charged for custom programming and/or processes made to the software as part of the original purchase, such as the transfer of cusomer records from an existing database into flowerSoft are not refundable.
