New Orders Menu Gives you access to all the different order types supported by flowerSoft .	Customer's Purchasing History As soon as the customer's information is display, their purchasing history is also displayed.
"Deliver To" Information Screen flowerSoft keeps track of previously delivered names and addresses. If a recipient has been devived to before, flowerSoft will display the information automatically. If they haven't, flowerSoft will try to locate their information via the reverse phone lookup feature.	Enclosure Card Screen flowerSoft allows you to have up to 3 separate enclosure card per order or 1 long enclosure card with up to 8 45-character lines, giving you ample room for the wordiest of messages. There is also a spell-checker included with flowerSoft to avoid embarrasing spelling errors.
Address Verification Feature After a recipient's information has been displayed, you can ask to have the address verified.	Items Sold Screen Showing a list of the item description codes. The idem codes list can be changed or added to by you.
Google Map Feature You can also display a Googgle map of the recipient's address and the driving directions from your shop to that address.	Method of Payment Screen Showing all the different methods of payment allowed by flowerSoft, including split payments and payments by "barter".
Getting Credit Card Approval through ICVerify flowerSoft can get credit card approval of your sales via a program called ICVerify.  ICVerify is a separate program (not sold by or included with flowerSoft) that acts an intermidiary between flowerSoft and your bank.  This allows you to keep clearing your credit cards with whoever gives you the best rate and not be forced to switch clearing houses when you purchase flowerSoft, like other programs make you do.	Print Menu Screen Gives you access to all the different print funcions in flowerSoft.
